Jeani has been a Texas Real Estate Commission-approved instructor since 2008. She is qualified to teach Qualifying (Pre-Licensing), SAE (Sales Apprenticeship Education), and CE (Continuing Education) Classes. Jeani is an Instructor at Champions School of Real Estate. She is a top-rated real estate educator known for her sense of humor and for making class fun. Jeani is a Texas Realtors Leadership Program graduate and has served as a leadership facilitator and chairman of the TRLP program for SABOR.

Jeani has served as broker/owner, managing broker, sales manager, corporate trainer, marketing director, recruiter, assistant team leader. She currently serves as Director of Agent Development for a brokerage in the San Antonio market area. Jeani draws from a lifetime of real estate, marketing, and education experience to mentor and coach real estate agents to success. She connects with agents on a personal level to be an encouraging and empowering influence in their lives.

Jeani earned a degree in graphic arts with a concentration in graphic design and copywriting. As a teen, she taught her first real estate class and is a published columnist, former sports writer, and curriculum creator. Jeani has authored numerous real estate classes, three new agent training programs, a renovation marketing class series, and her Techie Tuesday lunch and learn series. She uses her artistic talents, humor, and creative writing to create engaging and fun education programs for real estate professionals.

I am a second-generation Texas real estate professional and lifelong learner. My passions are real estate and education. I started at the bottom of the real estate industry and worked my way up. Serving in every capacity from personal assistant to broker/owner. I never forget my roots or my journey to where I am today. I have had victories and defeats along the way and didn't always get it right, but I always learned from the experiences. I was blessed to be raised by a real estate agent and an engineer who instilled in me the value of education and the humility that I will never know it all. My dad always said, "If you're not learning, you're not living!" I have taken that quote to heart, inspiring others to never stop learning. My goal is to encourage real estate professionals to pursue education and build value in their services to better serve their clients and have a more lucrative business.
